Every month we have a special feature write up that gathers information, art, projects and resources to provide a consolidated report on that subject matter.  In this way we are truly developing our research library.  As we create more of these reports, we hope our resource library becomes a tried and true reference source  for you, your family and your friends.

 

Within each special feature we try to provide:

 

1. In-depth write-up.

2. Additional reference resources both in books and internet.

3. Art (we are really big on surrounding ourselves with art)

4. Projects (what started out as projects for kids has grown to projects for all ages.)

 

   *Our Editorial Style*

 

Our editorial style is a little radical as we feel the purpose of an editorial is to get people thinking.  If you write on something everyone agrees with, what thought process have you started?  Although, we don’t endorse any specific viewpoint, we want a forum that allows for expression of ideas.  Hopefully, although you may not agree with a viewpoint, the ideas start a thought process. We all need to think about what we want for the future.  We need to think about not just our own future, but the future of our children, our community and our Country.

A lot of websites are very crowded as they throw everything they have at you.  We want you to come back time and time again because we limit the clutter and hopefully produce a site that is enjoyable to look at and read.

About the Copper Café.com

—a little bit reference librarian and a little bit resourceful friend

The Copper Café grew out of a desire to create a website that provides resources and information on the internet about subjects  that interest, inspire and fulfill us.  We also write about issues that we champion or advocate.  Think of us like a specialized magazine that you enjoying reading and coming back to.  We provide a write-up,  we provide additional internet and traditional resources that you can go to for more information and we feature art or projects that relate to the subject.

The internet has so many places to find information that you can spend a considerable amount of time searching, but not finding the right resources.  We hope to provide the right resources with a little personal appeal as well.
